  Our party of six adults found this property to be delightful. Sure, the lanai looks over the parking lot, which seemed to surface in many reviews, but the condo is fantastic. Our condo's air conditioning was broken and this mattered to a couple in our party, so we were moved to a different unit. This is the reason for the lower scores on the property's condition. Management was great and the situation was quickly and easily resolved. I would definitely stay here again!

  My family really enjoyed our stay at Poipu Villa's Garden Villa. It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and very well located--an easy walk from lovely beaches and several restaurants. I was very impressed by the level of service and attention to
  detail both before and during our stay. The only problem we encountered there was a broken lock on the sliding glass door to the bedroom lanai (balcony). As soon as I called Lauren (the manager) about it, she sent a handyman to the hardware store. In less
  than 2 hours he delivered the dowel I requested to put in the door track.

  We had an amazing time at this condo. The condo was much more spacious than expected. Kitchen and bathrooms were great! Furnishings wonderful. No complaints at all. The location was excellent. Just a short walk to 3 different beaches and the proximity to the Hyatt was good too. We are already talking about our next visit!
