    The location was good and the bed was comfortable. Great kitchen and loved the walk in shower!! It was hard to leave!!

    We had the pleasure of staying here from April 20-April 30 2011. It was a great condo. Our kids loved the pool. I really liked the beach room where you could borrow beach gear. The villa was lovely and everything was in good condition. There was no view but it was an easy drive to the beach or a 5 minute walk. I would definitely go back here if went to Kauai again.

    My wife (then fiancée) and I were very pleases with the property and amenities. The villa was amazing, from the granite/marble floors to the crown moulding to the walk in master bathroom complete with jaquzzi tub and dual head shower. A perfect 10!

    For 13 days, I rented one of the 2-bedroom villas with my husband and 2 yr-old daughter. The condo was beautiful! It was only a five to ten (with a toddler) minute walk to Brennecke Beach.
    Their customer service was outstanding! The only downside was the washer broke a couple of days after we arrived, so we were without for the rest of our lengthy stay. Fortunately, my sister was in a neighboring villa, so we borrowed their machine. The staff also offered to do our laundry. They allow families to borrow beach toys, mats, coolers, beach umbrellas during their stay. This saved us money and packing space.

    Our stay at the Villas was the best. The pool was convenient and usually only a few people there enjoying it. The beach was a short walk away and it was great having chairs, mats and coolers available for use. I can't say anything negative about our stay. My only complaint is that I had to leave for home.

    Clean, modern, great location. Great kitchen, showers. Nice bathroom and beach towels. I took advantage of the service where for $35.00 they pre- grocery shopped breakfast and lunch items for me. This was well worth it, as we arrived very late .

    We had a great family vacation and the Villas at Poipu Kai was the perfect location. Close to the beach and very comfortable. Everyone was freindly and helpful.
